RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at sales@glasyn.ltd. Returns must be approved by us before the item is sent back. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the specific return address and details on how and where to send your package. Depending on the product and the supplier handling the order, the return address may differ from our corporate office at Swan Building, 20 Swan Street, Manchester, England, M4 5JW.
For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
To help us process your claim, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that this right does not apply to goods that are exempt under applicable law, including personalized items, sealed personal care goods once opened, and certain other excluded products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, or because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Late or Missing Returns
If a return is sent without prior approval, if the returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions above, or if the item is not received by the designated return address provided by our team at Swan Building, 20 Swan Street, Manchester, England, M4 5JW, we may refuse the return and no refund may be issued.
